Spinach Salad With Roasted Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. peanut oil
    3/4 tsp. lite soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts (unsalted)
    3 Tbsp. coarsely grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey mustard
    1 1/2 qt. crisp washed spinach leaves
    1 1/2 apples, quartered, cored and diced
Preparation
    For dressing, combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, honey mustard and dill weed in a jar.
    Shake well.
