Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1/4 c. butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Combine flour, shortening, salt and butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Gradually stir in cold water, a little at a time, to form a dough.
    Divide pastry in half.
    Form each to a flat round.
    Wrap in wax paper or plastic wrap and chill.
