Rice Curry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    1 pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix rice, onion, oil, vinegar, salt and curry powder.
    Put in refrigerator for 3 hours, then add peas, celery and mayonnaise.
