Diabetic Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 egg yolks
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 baked pie crust
    3 egg whites
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add salt, sugar and Sweet 'N Low.
    Beat until blended.
    Top pie and brown lightly in 300\u00b0 oven.
