Brunch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. torn fresh bread
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; mix lightly.
    Pour into lightly greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Cover; refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
