Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 box unfrozen chopped spinach
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. Ricotta
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large onion, chopped and sauteed in 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Place in 425\u00b0 oven and bake for 45 minutes.
