1 c. small green beans
3 sweet green peppers
3 sweet red peppers
4 Tbsp. butter or oil
1/2 c. flour
1 to 2 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. ground mustard
1 Tbsp. turmeric
1 Tbsp. horseradish
5 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. water
3 c. vinegar and water (for soaking overnight) *
