Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. starter
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    5 1/2 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and set aside for 8 to 12 hours.
    Knead dough in 1/2 cup of flour.
    Makes into 2 loaves.
    Oil pan.
    Place dough in pan and turn over so oil is on top.
    Cover; let sit for 8 to 12 hours.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
