Scrambled Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cubed ham or 2 lb. sausage
6 slices bread, cubed
8 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 stick margarine
salt and pepper
Preparation

Put cubed bread into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add cooked meat, spreading evenly over bread.
Beat eggs and add milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour over meat in pan.
Drizzle melted butter on top; cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
