Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 pt. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine cracker crumbs, butter and 3 tablespoons of sugar; blend well.
    Assemble spring-form pan using flat bottom.
    Pour crumb mixture into pan.
    Press crumbs onto bottom and up sides to within 1 inch from top.
