Crunchy Oriental Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 ribs celery, diced
    2 tsp. butter
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 tsp. soy sauce
    1 (9 1/2 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Drain and slice water chestnuts.
    Saute with onion and celery in butter.
    Blend together with remaining ingredients.
    Place in buttered casserole.
    Top with noodles. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
