Zesty Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large carrots
    1/4 c. liquid off cooked carrots
    2 to 3 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 to 3 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Hellmann's mayo
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots after cutting into bite size.
    Save liquid off cooked carrots.
    Spread carrots in 9 x 9-inch baking square dish. Mix liquid, onion, horseradish and mayo.
    Pour over carrots.
    Top with fine bread crumbs.
    Dot with butter and paprika.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
