Onion Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    6 lean pork chops
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. beef broth or 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
Preparation
    In skillet, brown pork chops in oil.
    Remove from pan.
    Peel and thinly slice onion.
    Saute in skillet.
    Blend in flour and mustard.
    Add beef broth and cook for 5 minutes.
