Portuguese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 small jar diced pimentos
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 slices bread
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
Preparation

Cube potatoes with jackets on.
Cook potatoes, onion and salt in boiling water until done, but not too soft.
Drain.
Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle garlic salt, parsley flakes and pimentos on top.
Cube cheese and put on top. Cube bread and put on top.
Drizzle margarine over all and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
