Quick Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix together the first 5 ingredients.
    Add the vinegar and boiling water.
    Place on heat and bring just to a boil.
    Cool and either use at once or keep in the refrigerator for future use.
    It can be thinned with sweet or sour cream.
    Very good on potato salad.
    Keep in refrigerator.
    Will keep one month.
