Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together, then add shortening and milk. Roll out on floured board and cut with a biscuit cutter.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Bake about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
