Hearty Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Ricotta cheese
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (48 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    12 cooked lasagna noodles
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella and eggs.
    Brown beef, stirring to separate meat.
    Pour off fat.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce.
    In each of 2 (2-quart) shallow baking dishes, layer 1 cup sauce mixture, 2 noodles and 1 cup cheese mixture.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with remaining noodles, remaining sauce mixture and Parmesan.
