Golden Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, sliced
Preparation

Melt margarine in skillet over low heat.
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
Pour into skillet.
Cook slowly.
As egg mixture sets, lift slightly with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.
Place 3 slices of Velveeta on omelet.
Fold in half. Remove from skillet.
Top with remaining Velveeta.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
