Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
1 c. sugar
2 c. grated cheese
6 Tbsp. flour
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Drain pineapple well.
Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top, then butter.
Bake another 20 minutes watching that crackers do not burn.
Serve warm or hot.
