Meat Loaf With Pecan Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. white bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. fat
    2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. meat stock or water
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine
    beef
    with
    green
    pepper,
    onion, salt, sauce, white bread crumbs, milk and 1 egg.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Place 1/2 of this mixture in bottom of greased loaf pan.
    Combine 1 egg, fat,
    whole wheat
    bread crumbs, celery, black pepper and meat stock
    or water.
    Add
    to this chopped pecans; mix thoroughly. Spread
    on top of meat mixture.
    Arrange remaining meat mixture on top
    of pecan
    stuffing.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours and cool slightly before removing from pan.
    Serves 10.
