White Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 cooked lasagna noodles
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 c. skim milk
    2 1/2 c. cooked chard
    1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella
    1/4 c. Parmesan
Preparation
    Combine flour, garlic salt and milk.
    Cook over medium heat. Boil until thick.
    Reserve 1/2 cup of sauce.
    Mix chard into sauce.
    In a separate bowl, mix 2 cheeses.
    In a 13 x 9-inch pan, layer 1/2 cup sauce, 3 noodles and 1/2 of cheese mixture.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with 3 noodles, reserved sauce and Parmesan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
