Chocolate Snowflakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    4 unsweetened chocolate squares (1 oz. Melted)
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. all purpose flour
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, and chocolate in a large bowl, beat at medium speed until well blended.
    Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Mix baking powder, salt, powdered sugar, and flour together then add 1/4 of dry ingredients at a time to chocolate mixture, mixing well after each addition.
    Cover and chill dough for 2 hours. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll balls in powdered sugar, place balls 2-inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 8 dozen.
