Hash Brown Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 pkg. hash browns, frozen diced 1 lb. bag
    8 oz. grated cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. diced bell pepper
    cooked ham, bacon or sausage
    12 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Layer hash browns, cheese, salt, pepper, onion and bell pepper in 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle on cooked meat. Mix eggs and milk; pour over all. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Cut in squares.
