Oven Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, cut into cubes
    5 carrots, cubed
    4 potatoes, cubed
    2 small onions, cubed
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 can beef broth
    2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large roasting pan.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake for 3 hours at 325\u00b0.
