Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chunk pineapple, drained
2/3 c. white sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sharp grated cheese
1/4 box crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Drain pineapple and place in ovensafe dish.
Mix together sugar and flour; sprinkle over pineapple.
Add cheese, crushed crackers and pour melted butter over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
