Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, grated
    1 c. rice, cooked in broth and measured after cooking
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1/2 c. almonds, sliced
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together.
    Mix well and put in a baking dish.
    Top with butter, cornflakes and almonds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    May cook celery and onions in butter before adding.
