Apple Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. milk
    7 Tbsp. butter
    4 tart apples
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 lemon, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Make a batter of these in blender or food processor.
    Heat 3 tablespoons butter in a heavy cast-iron skillet.
    Pour batter into skillet and put on top rack of oven. Bake until edges are brown and crisp, about 20 minutes.
    Meantime, quarter, core and peel apples.
    Thinly slice them.
    Heat remaining butter in another large skillet.
    Add apple slices; sprinkle with sugar and saute over high heat until apples are browned.
    Spread over pancake, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
