Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. finely grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, oil, carrots and vanilla. Beat until combined. Stir in pineapple and nuts.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
