Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
2 c. medium sharp cheese, grated
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Line bottom of dish with pineapple.
Mix sugar, flour and grated cheese.
Put on top of pineapple.
Some of reserved pineapple juice may be drizzled over this mixture.
Crumble enough crackers to spread over top.
Drizzle melted butter over top of this.
Bake 20 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven, until lightly browned. Serves 6.
