Chicketti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chicken
    1 can consomme
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 tsp. paprika
    3 c. uncooked spaghetti
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped pimento
    1 cut up ripe olives
    2 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken.
    Cool.
    Remove meat from bones.
    Cut in good sized pieces.
    Combine chicken broth, consomme, mushrooms and mushroom soup and heat to boiling.
    Saute onions, pepper and celery.
    Sprinkle with paprika; add pimento.
    Add spaghetti.
    Cook until tender.
    Fold in olives and 1 cup cheese.
    Serve on platter. Sprinkle with rest of cheese.
    Serves 10 to 12.
