Three-Fruit Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium ripe banana
    1/2 (6 oz.) can (1/3 c.) frozen orange juice concentrate, slightly thawed
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can frozen pineapple chunks, cut in pieces
    1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender container. Switch blender on and off until mixture is well blended. Pile into freezer tray; freeze until firm. Serve in sherbet glasses and top with cherry.
