Bacon-Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, broken into pieces
    1 onion, sliced into rings
    1 lb. bacon, fried and broken into pieces
    1/2 head cauliflower, broken into pieces
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    The night before serving, layer lettuce, onion, bacon and cauliflower into a bowl with a tight fitting cover.
    Sprinkle sugar, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper over top. Cover tightly and refrigerate.
    Mix well before serving.
