Weight Watchers Milkshake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    2 packets Equal or Sweet 'N Low
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.
    You may substitute for strawberries 1/2 frozen banana, frozen pitted cherries, frozen peaches, frozen apples or frozen pineapple.
    Contains approximately 150 calories with 9 grams fat or freeze milk, omit fruit and add imitation flavoring (contains 80 calories with 0 grams fat).
    You won't miss ice cream anymore.
