Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish with potatoes.
    Heat soup and add margarine and cream cheese until melted.
    Gradually add milk.
    Pour over potatoes and cover dish with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil and add 1 heaping cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
