Roast Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless beef roast (about 6 lb.)
    5 beef bouillon cubes
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    3 1/2 c. water
    buns or hard rolls
Preparation
    Place roast in roasting pan and bake, uncovered, at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Dissolve bouillon and soup mix in water.
    Pour over the roast.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Remove meat and slice thinly.
    Return to pan juices and heat through.
    Serve on buns or rolls.
    Yields about 24 to 30 servings.
