Norwegian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. regular ground beef
1 grated onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 or 2 cans beef or mushroom gravy
Preparation

Mix with enough water to make soft meat balls.
Fry or bake them and then simmer a half hour in gravy.
