Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    4 eggs, beaten slightly
    1 box chopped broccoli, thawed
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. medium sharp shredded cheese
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix or 2 c. self-rising cornmeal
Preparation
    Add all ingredients together, adding cornbread mix last.
    Bake in greased muffin tins for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    This makes 12 muffins plus an 8-inch round pan full.
