Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 c. milk
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Cream oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat well after each egg.
Add coconut extract, milk, flour and coconut. Beat all together and bake in well-greased tube pan or Bundt pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
