Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white, beaten
2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
4 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix together flour, vanilla and brown sugar; add to egg white. Add pecans and stir to coat.
Lay pecans on greased baking sheet and bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn oven off and leave nuts in for additional 30 minutes.
