Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. Havarti cheese
    1 medium zucchini
    Italian breadcrumbs (1/4 cup)
    cherry tomato slices (optional)
Preparation
    Slice enough cheese to cover bottom of 8-inch glass pie dish. Peel zucchini and slice medium pieces over cheese and then sprinkle with Italian breadcrumbs.
    Repeat.
    Remember to start and end with cheese.
    For added appearance, top with slices of cherry tomato. Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 1/2 hour or until brown on edges and bubbly.
    Cool slightly and serve.
