Turtle Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 German chocolate cake mix (Pillsbury Plus)
1 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. caramels
1 c. pecans
3/4 c. soft butter
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix together with mixer the cake mix, 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 3/4 cup soft butter.
Pour half the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Melt caramels and 1/2 cup evaporated milk.
Pour over baked mixture.
Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips over mixture.
Spoon rest of batter over mixture and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
(Do not try to spread or stir.)
