Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot milk
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar.
    Let stand for 20 minutes.
    Heat milk. When hot, add butter.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add flour mixture, a little at a time, to sugar and egg mixture.
    Add vanilla, milk and butter.
    This makes a thin mixture.
    Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
