Borsch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-2 Beef Shanks
    1 large Onion
    2 Bay Leaves
    2 tsp. Salt
    2 Beef Cubes
    1 jar Beets-with Vinegar
    1 can Tomato Sauce
    1 lb. Red Cabbage, sliced
    2 Carrots, sliced
    1 pinch Caraway Seed
Preparation
    Cook beef and first 4 ingredients.
    Remove bones when cooked. Add rest of ingredients and cook another 1/2 hour.
    Serve with Sour Cream.
