Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 slices white bread
8 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. whole hog ground sausage (Sims) or, substitute bacon (1 pkg.), cooked and crumbled
salt and pepper, very little
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Spray bottom of casserole dish with Pam.
Line bottom of dish with sliced bread.
Beat eggs until foamy.
Cook sausage (or bacon), let cool and gently stir into egg mixture.
Pour egg mixture over bread.
Grate cheese and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes (until egg is done).
