Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. pecans
    3 Tbsp. flaked parsley
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Remove skin and bone (if any). Combine salmon with next 6 ingredients; mix thoroughly.
    Chill 2 to\t4
    hours
    in icebox.
    Combine parsley and pecans.
    After mixture has
    chilled
    enough to handle, shape into a log roll. Roll in parsley and pecans.
    Chill and serve with crackers.
