Linda'S Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. half and half milk
    1 tsp. salt
    margarine
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread and spread with margarine.
    Place in greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish.
    Cook sausage (crumbled), drain and pour over the bread.
    Sprinkle the cheese over the sausage.
    Mix the beaten eggs with salt and half and half.
    Add to dish.
    Cover dish and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
    Cook uncovered at 350\u00b0 at least 45 minutes.
