Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 lbs. chicken pieces, skinned
1 c. white or red wine vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation

Place chicken in a dish or heavy duty zip top plastic bag. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients; pour marinade over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, turning occasionally. Remove from marinade, discarding marinade.
Grill covered, over hot coals 30 to 40 minutes or until done, turning frequently.
