Microwave Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey meat
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    3/4 uncooked, quick or old-fashioned oats
    1 c. coarsely shredded carrots
    1 c. sliced scallions
    whites from 2 large eggs
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until blended.
    Place a 4-ounce glass custard cup, right side up, in the center of a 9-inch deep-dish microwave-safe pie plate.
    Pack turkey mixture in a ring around custard cup.
    Loosely cover turkey mixture with waxed paper.
