Aunt Virginia'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. pumpkin, baked or stewed
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Thicken 1 cup boiling milk with flour; cook until smooth.
    Then add the following mixture:
    sugar, pumpkin, egg yolks, salt and spices.
    At the last stir in the whipped egg whites.
    Put in pastry shell and bake until it puffs and is brown at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
