Chicken Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled, boned and diced
    2 or 3 zucchini
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 cube melted oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 c. Croquette herb dressing
Preparation
    Set chicken aside.
    Dice zucchini in 1-inch chunks; cook until tender and set aside.
    Simmer onion and carrots in oleo until tender.
    Mix all together with cream of chicken soup; add 2 1/2 cups herb Croquette dressing.
    Pour in casserole dish; add the other half cup dressing mix on top of casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.
    Makes a whole meal.
